Meal Plans #12 & #13



 I plan to keep my future posts quite simple and short to ensure that I stay encouraged to make weekly posts without spending too much time on them. :) 

I've noticed that most of my home made meals have chicken as the protein. It's difficult to quit snacking, so I'm trying to have healthier meal options to cut the calories and fat from somewhere else.
