As mentioned briefly in the last post, I've stayed at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for two weeks on business trip. Flying from Europe to Asia is extremely challenging in terms of the timezone adjustment. I gave up on trying to adjust the timezone and had very irregular sleep and meal times. Travelling overseas for work may sound exciting, but it gets draining quickly. I was in constant fatigue and it felt like I was taking a dot damage the last several days for being under a massive stress and workload. But enough with complaining. I arrived back at Amsterdam this morning, and I LOVE coming back home. Sleeping in my own bed, using the washing machine, preparing and eating my food - these are my biggest joys.
